1. Age Restriction

The Hodol App is intended exclusively for use by individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not collect personal information from or provide services to minors under 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this App. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate the service access of any user who violates this age restriction rule.

2. Information We Collect

Hodol is a lightweight photo watermark tool. We only collect and process the necessary information generated during your use of the App’s core functions, and will not actively collect any irrelevant personal privacy information. The information we process includes:

2.1 User Uploaded Photos: When you use the App to upload photos for watermark adding, we will temporarily access and process the photos you select. This data is only used to realize the core function of adding text watermarks to photos.

2.2 Custom Watermark Text Content: The text content you independently input to add watermarks to photos will be temporarily processed by the App to complete the watermark generation operation.

We do not actively collect users’ personal identification information (such as name, phone number, ID number), location information, device exclusive identifier, contact list and other sensitive privacy data. All processed data is only triggered by your independent operation.

3. How We Use Your Information

All the information processed by the App is only used for the following legitimate purposes, and will not be used for any unauthorized commercial or non-commercial purposes:

3.1 To provide, maintain and optimize the core watermark service, including realizing photo uploading, text watermark overlay and local photo saving functions;

3.2 To ensure the normal and stable operation of the App, and optimize user operation experience based on functional use scenarios;

3.3 To comply with relevant legal provisions and regulatory requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage Only: All photos and watermark text content processed by the App are only stored locally on your mobile device. We do not upload, synchronize or store your photo data and watermark content to any cloud server or remote server.

4.2 Data Security Protection: We adopt industry-standard technical measures to protect the security of local user data, prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or loss of user data. However, please note that no electronic data storage method or network transmission method is 100% secure, and we will try our best to ensure data security within a reasonable security range.

4.3 Data Retention: We do not retain any of your data on our servers. All processed files are completely controlled by you. You can delete the relevant photos and watermark files stored locally on your device at any time through the device’s own functions.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell, trade, rent or share your processed photo data, watermark text content and any related user information with any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions under any circumstances, except for the following situations:

5.1 With your explicit independent authorization and consent;

6.2 Right to Stop Use: You can stop using the App services at any time, and stop the App’s processing of your photo data;
